Happy Winter Solstice!
I am incredibly grateful to have you here reading, listening, and hearing what I have to say and share. Thank you all so very much from my Heart & Soul to yours!
During this time of year I take time to internally reflect and get clear on what really matters, and clean house where it need be cleaned. This gets me reconnected with where I am off and out of alignment with the person I was made to be, I want to be, and that I know deep down is the true me.
I hope you all are making time to do your own version of this, enjoying your time with friends and family, and getting yourselves dialed in and focused on what truly matters in your lives as we make our way into 2025.
Wishing you all a beautiful holiday season filled with humanity, dignity, love, light, and respect.

Here is the link to Mark Sisson’s post that reminded me of this, and initially moved me to write this post!
FYI: if my info is correct. This guy is 75 in this picture, and recently started his 3rd business with his son.
I want to have my own version of this, and be as healthy and good looking at this age. We should follow, learn from, and seek knowledge of people who have want we want to have our own version of.
This one here from Good Work with Barrett Brooks on Excellence, Purpose, and Showing Up is outstanding! One of the best podcasts I have ever watched. Especially for those of you that want to learn more about what truly matters in your work.
And this one too from Nereeda McInnes and Christopher Kay from the Land Down Under goes bloody well with what matters most in life… mates’!
Here’s my latest testimonial from planting a cinder block raised vegetable and herb garden bed in Encinitas, California.
“I had a wonderful experience working with James to help me start an organic vegetable garden that I always dreamed of. I didn’t know the first thing about how to start a garden, and so having James consult with me to find out what type of garden, and how to care for it was exactly what I needed. He took care of all the shopping, adding the correct soil and nutrients, and the planting part. He left me with instructions on how to water and care for my plants, which led to a beautiful season of homegrown vegetables and herbs. Thank you James for your years of knowledge, and passion for natural living.”
